What's my Story?

After earning my Bachelor's of Science degree in Elementary Education in 2014, I began my career as a second grade teacher. I continued to serve as an educator in various grade levels until 2020 when I accepted a dual role as Lead Teacher and Multi-Tiered System Support Coordinator at a newly established charter school. In this role, I was responsible for reviewing curriculum, creating instructional support plans, mentoring beginning year teachers, and providing instruction to students.

In 2021, I was recruited by a charter school to launch and facilitate their Multi-Tiered System of Support (MTSS) within the elementary sector. As the MTSS Coach and Lead Interventionist, I was able to increase framework success from 56% to 88% proficiency. Additionally, within my interventionist role, 100% of my students had experienced reading and/or math growth with 77% of those meeting proficiency as per state guidelines.

Despite producing measurable results in my career, I felt drawn to build something more meaningful-for my children and myself! After months of digging and researching, a decision had been made!

In 2023, I decided to begin our homeschooling journey and start my own business where I could continue my passion for helping others and sharing my educational expertise.
